Transaction Progress

 

 

Step 1 of 2 - View Transaction Status

To view the status of a transaction for an investment product, select Transaction status from the drop down menu under the required product from the Account details page.

Please note: This option is only available if you have a transaction in progress, or if a transaction has been finalised within the last 30 days, for that product. If this option is not available in the drop down menu, there are no transactions in progress for that product.
